Train Back Home joined forces in August 2005. Members hail from Baltimore MD, Waddy KY, and Lakewood CO. TBH’s diverse backgrounds are steeped in Appalachian bluegrass, west coast jam, hard rock, and alt-country.
Tony Fiore, lead guitarist and vocals, fronted the Baltimore area band Harbour for 8 years during the mid 90’s. Tony draws inspiration from legendary musicians such as Jerry Garcia, Trey Anastasio, Dave Brubeck and many others.
Adam Ambrose, drums and percussion, most recently was the rhythmic backbone for Lakewood Colorado’s Driftwood. Adam draws inspiration from luminaries such as John Bonham, Lars Ulrich, Brendan Hill, and Michael Travis.
Ryan Garrett, bass, formed the Lexington KY based Quiet Storm All-Stars during the early 90’s. Ryan lists David Byrne, John Paul Jones, Stanley Clarke, and Elliott Smith as his musical inspirations.
